Dirty Words, A Moritorium, Part 2

A couple months back I was moaning about the dearth of dirty words now that words like "fuck" and "bitch" have been emasculated by GenXers. I found it both amusing, freeing, and tragic all at once. And then, last night it hit me. We just need to christen a few new words as filthy. I've got four candidates -- words that are so vile and repunant that it's a wonder they AREN'T considered obscene:

  • Racist
  • Homophobe
  • Chauvinist
  • Neocon

These words make my stomach sick. Maybe when we grow up as a society and realize that sex acts and bodily functions are both pleasurable and necessary, we'll realize what's really obscene. These are the real deal guys, use them sparingly and appropriately.

Sorry man, my politics are showing. Neocon - as in, neoconservative. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neocon

Or, for a more concise and to-the-point definition, look up "evil" in Websters.

About Me

My photo
This is me and one of my two cats. His name is Cougar, and he’s an F1 Chausie. A chausie is a new breed of cat under development. Chausies are the result of a cross between a domestic cat (in Cougar’s case, a Bengal) and a jungle cat (Felis Chaus). Cougar’s mom is 8 pounds and his father is a 30-pound jungle cat. He’s about 16 pounds, super intelligent, spirited, and toilet trained. A writer without a cat (or two) is not to be trusted.
