I just finished the last day of week 7 of the 8 Minute Meditation program, so in one week I will have finished the first phase of my meditation program.
I'm feeling especially tense these days and I've had a headache all day, so I did a 20-minute breathing meditation (The Meditation Podcast) right afterwards.
I'm still tense, the headache is better but not gone, but I'm feeling a little more relaxed. Again, I'm amazed at how easy it's become to quiet my mind during meditation. This feels like something that's actually going to become a regular part of my routine.
Man, I hope so.
